摘要:
为了降低轨道车辆用变流器的噪声,以某型变流器为研究对象,通过实机运行状态下的噪声测试分析,识别了风机气动噪声是变流器的主要噪声源,其噪声频谱峰值主要集中在500 ~ 4 000 Hz 的范围内,大噪声主要集中在出风口。通过在风道内壁处粘贴吸声材料并针对出风口设计有利于导风的结构,对风道进行了声学结构优化设计。仿真和试验结果表明,采用该设计后,变流器噪声有较明显下降,有效地控制了气动噪声、降低了总噪声值。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the noise of converters used in rail vehicles, one type converter was taken as a research object. By analyzing noise test results in actual running state, it not only identified fan aerodynamic noise as its main noise source, but also found that noise spectrum peak mainly concentrated in the range of 500 ~ 4 000 Hz and big noise mainly concentrated in the outlet. An optimized acoustic structure was designed by using absorption material on the inner of the air duct and the structure for ducting of the outlet. Simulation and experimental results show that the noise of the converter with this optimized design is decreased obviously, and aerodynamic noise can be controlled effectively and total noise value is reduced.
