摘要:
中压变流装置用于中远距离PWM 驱动系统中,常通过长线电缆连接电机端与变流器输出端,但长线电缆的连接通常会产生负面效应,如PWM 脉冲过电压及共模电压振荡等问题。文章基于长线电缆电压反射现象和共模电压产生原理的理论分析,在综合考虑线缆长度、分布参数和反射系数等条件下,建立了RLC 滤波器系统模型,设计了基于三电平中压变流装置的无源滤波器,并给出滤波器相应参数的计算方法。仿真及实验验证了所设计滤波器的有效性。
Abstract:
Medium-voltage converters use long cable to connect the inverter to the motor side in middle and long distance pulse width modulation driving system, which brings some notable adverse effects simultaneously such as PWM pulse over-voltage and common mode voltage oscillation. Based on the transmission theory and common-mode voltage principle, a model of RLC filter was proposed, in which parameters such as cable length, distributed parameter and reflection coefficient were considered synthetically. Furthermore, passive filter on the base of three-level medium-voltage converter was designed and parameter calculation method of filter was given. Effectiveness of the proposed design method was supported by simulation and experiment results.
