摘要:
分析了IGBT 驱动器应该具备的基本功能,设计了一种基于电磁隔离的IGBT 驱动器,并进行了斩波与短路试验研究。试验结果表明,该驱动器驱动特性和保护性能好,能满足1.7 kV IGBT 器件应用要求。
Abstract:
The basic characteristics of IGBT driver were analyzed and an IGBT driver based on electromagnetism isolation was designed. Chopping and short-circuit test researches on the driver were executed. Test results show that the IGBT driver has good driving characteristics and protective performance and can satisfy 1.7 kV IGBT driving request.
