摘要:
以IGBT 变流器中常用的叠层复合母排为研究对象,分析了开关器件过电压产生和抑制的机理,建立了低感母排基本模型,阐述了换流回路杂散电感的组成和计算方法,并将计算结果与仿真、试验结果进行对比;提出了优化低感母排E M C 设计的原则。
Abstract:
It studied laminated busbars which were widely used in IGBT converters, analyzed the generation of overvoltage on switching devices and the way to limit them. The basic model of laminated busbar was established. It presented composition and calculated methods of the total stray inductance in commutation circuits. Moreover, the calculated results were compared with simulation and experimental results. Several design rules of laminated busbar were proposed to optimize EMC performance.
