摘要:
介绍了基于多物理场耦合仿真的轨道交通用永磁同步牵引电动机的设计方法。以沈阳地铁二号线用 JD155 永磁同步牵引电动机为例,介绍了该电动机的关键参数的选取、结构、试验和运行情况、与异步牵引电动机的比较以及下一阶段的工作。试验结果证明,JD155 永磁同步牵引电动机在效率和节能效果、维护、外形尺寸等方面都优于异步牵引电动机。
Abstract:
This paper describes the design method based on multi-physics coupling simulation of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor for rail transit. Taking JD155 permanent magnet synchronous traction motor for Shenyang Metro Line 2 as an example, it introduces the selection of critical parameters, structure, testing and operation of the motor and the comparison with asynchronous traction motor. The next stage of work is then proposed. The experiments show that the JD155 permanent magnet synchronous traction motor has more advantages than asynchronous traction motor in the aspects of efficiency and energy-saving, maintenance, outline dimension etc.
