摘要:
分析与比较了IGBT 驱动器中常用驱动信号隔离技术。针对大功率IGBT 驱动器的工况,设计了一种基于磁耦合的数字信号隔离电路,并进行了理论分析,样机开发设计与研究性试验证明了其优异的传输性能和抗干扰性。
Abstract:
It analyzed and compared several commonisolation technologies of driver signal for IGBT driver. In allusion to working conditions of high-power IGBT driver, a novel digital isolation circuit based on electromagnetic coupling was designed. Academic analysis , prototype design and investigation experiments were carried out respectively. Results indicate that the circuit has outstanding transmission and anti-interference performance.
