摘要:
详述了一种大功率变流器模块在小电流下的工作特点,并进行了理论分析和研究性试验,归纳了在小电流下导致IGBT 元件失效的因素,为大功率变流器的可靠性研究提供了参考。
Abstract:
It detailedly introduced the working characteristics of high-power converter module at low current, pursued theoretical analysis and research test, and summarized the factors resulting in the failure of IGBT, which provided some reference for reliability research of highpower converter.
