摘要:
概述了六英寸晶闸管的多周波浪涌试验,给出了试验中晶闸管的电流波形和温度曲线。详细介绍了温度计算及仿真分析,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了比较,验证了仿真的可行性。
Abstract:
It is summarized the multicycle surge current test of the six-inch thyristor. The current waveforms and temperature curves in the test are given. The temperature calculation and simulation analysis is introduced in detail. Moreover, the calculation results and test results are compared, which verifies the feasibility of the simulation.
